Emily Goranson is an elementary to middle years technology integration specialist, with a Masters Degree in Educational Design and Technology from Concordia University. Emily has a husband and a sixth month old daughter. She taught sixth grade for five years and currently teaches in a multiage fourth and fifth grade classroom. Emily has a passion for adaptive design and technology enhancement in schools. She is responsible for training elementary and middle school level teachers how to best integrate technology into classrooms and curriculum for both regular education and for students with special needs. Emily presents at conferences, workshops, and national conventions on how to turn standard classrooms into revolutionary practice facilities using emerging and engaging technologies, as well as video created enhanced classroom settings.
Brad is an elementary principal in Minnesota. He has pioneered efforts to transform pedagogy to reflect best practices in a digital age. He is a TEDx and keynote speaker who exudes a passion for leadership that is palpable.
Brad co-authored Personalized PD; the book that empowers educators to take ownership of their professional learning. His blog, Adjusting Course, was recognized with an Editor’s Choice Content Award by Smartbrief Education, and named as a “Must-Read” K-12 blog by EdTech Magazine in 2015. The blog was recognized as a finalist for Best Administrator Blog by the EduBlog Awards the past two years as well.
Brad was an Academy of Education Arts and Sciences Bammy Award Finalist in the category of Elementary School Principal in 2015. He earned his Doctoral degree at Bethel University where his research focused on innovation and professional development.

Naomi also has a well-known specialty for delivering motivational keynotes focusing on emerging technologies best practices, and inspired and transformative educational technology leadership. Naomi is truly passionate about building global relationships with educational leaders, while engaging in meaningful and collaborative conversations to meet the needs of today's diverse learners.
Karen Keffeler began her career as a math teacher in Waukegan, Illinois. She obtained her master's degree in middle school curriculum and instruction, as well as administrative certification from National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois. As a principal in 1998, she assisted in the design of North Prairie Junior High School in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. She returned to her home state of Minnesota and has been an administrator with Wayzata Public Schools for 16 years. She is currently the principal of Meadow Ridge Elementary, a K-5 building under construction that will open for the 2016-2017 school year.
Erin Klein is an award winning educator from Michigan, national keynote speaker, author, and mother who has been twice selected to serve on the Scholastic, Inc. Top Teaching Team based in New York. Her recent publication, Amazing Grades, was a collaboration with experts from 13 countries around the world. She travels the country speaking about the power of student voice, how meaningful technology integration can enhance learning experiences, and the impact classroom design has on today’s learner.
She is certified in Brain Gym, Educational Kinesiology, and has studied under consultants from The Center for Effective Learning to understand how design affects cognition and learning. Klein serves as a classroom design consultant and creative partner for the publishing company, Carson-Dellosa. Michael Krill received the Herb Kohl Award in Teaching Excellence for the State of Wisconsin in 2012. He has a Masters Degree in curriculum and peer leadership from Carroll University. Mike has a wonderful wife and 3 boys ages 11, 5, and 3. His current role is the Game Design, Computer Generated Effects and Film & Literature Instructor at Oconomowoc Area High School. He has taught elementary and intermediate levels for the last 16 years. His research in video enhancement and self-sustaining classroom design have put him at the forefront for incorporating innovation and adaptive practice in his presentations and workshops throughout the midwest. His presentations at TIES Technology Conference (2013, 2014) in Minneapolis, Minnesota showcased a model for the future in education.
